Delta Medical Search Associates specializes in assisting health care client companies to strengthen their administration and management teams through the attraction of well qualified individuals for key positions. Typically these include positions in executive administration, nursing management and clinical management. We also assist our clients in recruiting medical professionals (including doctors, nurse practitioners and physician's assistants) and selected higher-level technical positions.

Our clients are located nationwide and range from large university hospitals to community hospitals, physicians' practices and clinics.

Our recruiting services are offered on either a retained or contingency basis. Each search is customized to best meet the client's needs. We are experienced in recruiting locally, regionally and nationally.
